IT Help Desk Opportunity with the Ideal Group

JOB DESCRIPTION : A growing nationwide distributor & manufacturer is offering an exciting part time opportunity for a IT Help Desk Co-op student. The company is known for it's on the job training and strong recruiting. Average hours per week 20 - 25, job duties include the following:

Working as the internal Ideal "Help Desk", responding to day-to-day user issues with PC's, printers and network New employee user training Coordinating technical support with contracted network service provider Addressing phone system issues and updates Working with phone service providers for voice and data lines Some purchasing responsibilities for equipment upgrades Microsoft Windows and Office experience required

MAJOR or MINOR: Technical Related

LOCATION: Detroit, MI

SALARY : $10.00-14.00/hour, hours per Week: 20-25
