Job Description: As a human resource intern you will get hands on experience and participate in many of the same tasks that the recruiters do. This 13 wee internship is designed for the person who is looking for experience in the HR/Recruiting industry and would like to gain valuable business skills. The intern works closely with the HR Recruiter to assist them in everyday assignments. These tasks may include, but are not limited to, calling potential candidates, researching and collecting resumes, prescreening candidates, and participation in the interviewing process. This is the perfect opportunity for the student that is looking for a "hands on" internship experience in Human Resources.
Qualifications: Previous HR experience is NOT required. The right candidate must have strong work ethic and desire to work hands on to learn all aspects of recruiting.
