Research Responsibilities with Technical Support liaison duties


Research

Researches and collects market information regarding the commercial real estate market.

Gathers information on newly available properties and inputs data in appropriate databases.

Continuously updates information databases by conducting telephone surveys, on site surveys, extracting data from brochures and other marketing materials, contacting civic organizations, outside brokers, internet sources and other sources deemed necessary.

Provide reports from corporate and vendor databases in support of management and marketing activities of sales professionals.

Implements information management processes to assure data quality in accordance with company standards.

Maintains accurate property and availability information relating to all properties managed by CBRE.

Any other duties as deemed necessary for research.


Technical Support

Oversee the daily operations of the local area network.

Install and upgrades Windows Operating systems including standard business applications and associated peripherals.

Maintain a daily backup of all network files.

Performs service administration tasks for software and hardware products to ensure manufacturer warranty.

Troubleshoot any software or hardware issues for the local office.

Assists in purchasing and set up of new computer equipment and peripherals for local office.

Any other duties deemed necessary.

Position Title: Social Media/Marketing Coordinator

Grade:

Reports To: VP of Marketing

Position Description:

Provides ongoing analysis and monitoring of social media sites. Assist the Vice President of Marketing in gathering information and making decisions relating to social media/marketing issues. Make recommendations regarding proactive content ownership, issues and security relating to Internet and social media venues.

Position Responsibilities:

Develop/design, maintain, and provide support for social media to include all Web sites and other electronic publications and applications.

Proactive in approach to ensure that all elements/content work within the framework of Wow Green International business focus/strategy.

Works with IT on style and approach for all projects.

Monitor sites/media to ensure best interests of Wow Green.

Insure that all Internet Standards are met and that Wow Green does not intentionally violate any standards that would place our company in jeopardy.

Assist other members of the marketing team in design and implementation of other projects.

Participates in efforts to improve quality of Web sites and other social media publications as required.

Responsible for looking for new ways to serve Wow Green interests on the social media venues.

Carry out other duties as may be assigned or requested.


Qualifications:

Minimum two years undergraduate education in a marketing discipline.

Minimum two years experience in social media venues such as Face Book, My Space, etc…. from a marketing perspective or equivalent education/experience in the field.

Knowledge of social media technologies and applications.

Ability to coordinate with internal and external groups.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
