32-40 hours per week - Flexible work schedule
The ideal candidates should be a junior or senior marketing major, team player, creative thinker, possess excellent interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask efficiently and change gears quickly.
Required Skills: Know their way around a computer, Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook etc... Be familiar with social networking technologies, Facebook and Twitter.

Job Description: As a human resource intern you will get hands on experience and participate in many of the same tasks that the recruiters do. This 13 wee internship is designed for the person who is looking for experience in the HR/Recruiting industry and would like to gain valuable business skills. The intern works closely with the HR Recruiter to assist them in everyday assignments. These tasks may include, but are not limited to, calling potential candidates, researching and collecting resumes, prescreening candidates, and participation in the interviewing process. Qualifications: Previous HR experience is NOT required. The right candidate must have strong work ethic and desire to work hands on to learn all aspects of recruiting.
