97.1 The Ticket 2012 Winter Internship Job Title: Marketing and Promotions Intern Job Description: 97.1 The Ticket is looking for friendly, outgoing and responsible people to become marketing and promotions interns. This is an unpaid position. Candidates should expect to work 15-20 hours per week and be willing to work weekdays as well as some evenings and weekends. Duties will include working in office and at off-site station events. Required Skills: Ideal candidates should be interested in a career in sports marketing/promotions, graphic design and/or communications. Ability to interact with the public in an enthusiastic and professional manner is important. Experience in Microsoft Office is required. Some heavy lifting required. Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED Additional Candidate Instructions: Enrolled in an accredited college program and able to receive credit towards a degree for participation.
