Project Manager / New Business Development/ Marketing and Advertisement Intern

Description Dorian Harvey, a successful broker and consultant with Front Page Realty, is looking for a qualified intern to manage a unique opportunity to support the revitalization of the Detroit metropolitan area. During Mr. Harvey’s 25 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, he has developed a relationship with fifteen foreign and domestic investors who are interested in further exploring opportunities which have recently developed during the re-birth of the auto industry. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to manage the project from cradle to grave. He/she will have the opportunity t0 design and implement the project for optimal return-on-investment and impact to the community. This intern should be prepared to work independently and will finish the internship having gained a broad experience in various aspects of new business development and sales/marketing. Responsibilities • Identify state and local resources and incentives which support the revitalization of the Detroit metropolitan area • Develop a sales and marketing plan which capitalizes on the rebirth of the auto and supporting industries • Generate a cash flow and return-on-investment projection • Prepare a business prospective for investors • Assist in the distribution or delivery of sales and marketing materials • Assist with fulfillment of marketing offers • Perform analysis of marketing and sales data • Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials • Provide support to social media and advertising efforts Requirements Mr. Harvey is looking for a graduate student in the Detroit area who is majoring in Business Analytics or Business Administration. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Web and social media. PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience is a requirement, and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this internship position. Majors Business Analytics or Business Administration Compensation Compensation will be based on a profit-sharing model and proposal to be submitted for approval by the candidate.
